The writer looked up to the Sovereign Lord of the universe and prayed for Him to send deliverance from His heavenly throne. This should be the prayer of all of us. Where do you look for help, where is the first place you look or who do you go to? It should be to the Lord. O Lord help us to remember and not forget that you alone are the one who is our helper. Ps 42:11 Why are you cast down, O my soul? And why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God; For I shall yet praise Him, The help of my countenance and my God. Amen!

Psalm 123:1 Unto You I lift up my eyes, O You who dwell in the heavens.
