SHOWING AND RECEIVING MERCY

December 28

The first verse of Psalm 41 speaks of God blessing those who take care of those who cannot take care of themselves and God will deliver them when they need help.  God is always merciful to those who show mercy.  This is stated over and over in the Bible.  If we are one of those who have been saved and are a Child of the King, then let us be one of those who helps those who cannot help themselves and we can be like David and praise the God who is from everlasting to everlasting. Amen!

Blessed is he who considers the poor; The LORD will deliver him in time of trouble. Blessed be the LORD, the God of Israel, from everlasting to everlasting. Amen and Amen. (Psalm 41:1,13)
