DISCERNING BOTH GOOD AND EVIL

November 13

Have you come to the place in your life where God needs to feed you baby food from the word of God, or are you under that kind of teaching and have come to like it?  Most churches today are full of babies being taught dribble by immature pastors who care more about being popular than being the prophet they are called to be.  If you are in a church like that leave.  The only way you will grow and be able to have discernment will be from knowing God’s word and exercising it daily as you live your life.  Remember discernment is not being able to tell right and wrong, but it is knowing the difference between right and almost right.

Hebrews 5:12-14 For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the first principles of the oracles of God; and you have come to need milk and not solid food. 13 For everyone who partakes only of milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, for he is a babe. 14 But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
