GOD’S LOVE

Paul is praying that God would give the Thessalonians a greater appreciation of God’s love for them and faithfulness in the midst of all their earthly trouble that can only come from Christ. This would allow their love and endurance to increase. The only way we can truly be what God wants us to be is if we are truly committed to being what God wants us to be and do at all times. Is this our mindset? Read Philippians 3:12-14. It is what Paul desired and what we all ought to if we are truly Christians.

2 Thessalonians 3:5 May the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God and into the steadfastness of Christ.
