In Luke 21 right after the woman gives in the temple, the disciples comment on the beauty of the temple and Jesus begins to tell them that the temple and all will be destroyed. He gives them the signs of what is going to happen and a way to determine it is coming. He tells them that we need to persevere as Christians during these difficult times and not to fail and fall because of the difficulties. He then tells them that all of these things, that is all He has created will pass away, but His word the Bible and all that He spoke to them will never fail or go away. In all the difficulties that seem to be getting worse and worse, aren’t you thankful that you can trust in the Word of God? It is like the little boy who was reading a book and the hero was in trouble and his mother called him to lunch. He said hold on a minute and he
looked to the end of the book and saw that the hero was okay. We too can turn to the end of the Bible and read it and know that it will turn out exactly like Jesus (God) said it would and trust in Him that all will be okay in the end. Amen!”
