SALVATION BELONGS TO OUR GOD

December 8

Revelation 7:9-10 Here we see John describing a group of people in heaven that is made up of every kind of group of people on the earth. There will be no tribe, tongue or nation that will not be represented in heaven. God has made a way for all to be saved and those who trust in Christ no matter who they are or where they are will be saved and be in heaven. These are those who have been killed in the Tribulation for their faith and now are in heaven. This group that cannot be counted will be clothed in white robes which is symbolic of their righteousness and purity because of Christ. They will be holding palm branches which symbolize their victory and joy. They are seen in this heavenly vision worshipping and serving God. Those who have heard and understood the truth of the Gospel and do not trust Christ before THE Tribulation will not get another chance. Where will you be when you die? Trust Him now if you haven’t.

“Without doubt it is one of the most exalted portrayals of the heavenly state to be found anywhere in Scripture.” 2Mounce, p. 171.

Revelation 7:9-10 After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands, 10 and crying out with a loud voice, saying, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!”
