THE IMPORTANCE OF ALL SCRIPTURE

November 5

Paul is emphasizing how important all Scripture is to Timothy’s ministry and all ministry. There is no part of the Bible that is not needed. If it had been God would not have included it in the finished and complete Bible that is His word to us on how to live. It all needs to be taught, it all needs to be used to grow us in our holiness and it enables us to have the ability to have all we need to do His work. Do you believe all scripture is important? Do you believe it is all God’s word from in the beginning God created the heavens and the earth to the very last page that tells us how it all will end with all who believe in Christ with Him for eternity in the New Heaven and Earth? It is a shame that many people don’t teach the word like they ought to anymore, they want to dumb it down and make it so that everyone likes it. It is not meant to be liked by unbelievers who only want to live for themselves. Where does it fit in your life?

2 Timothy 3:16-17 All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work.
