WHAT DO WE NEED?

December 17

Unfortunately, Eliphaz was accusing Job of sin when He spoke these words to Job and telling him to repent and get right with God. Fortunately for us we can take these words as an admonition to us to listen to God and let His word be our guide in all areas of life. God’s word is sufficient for all things pertaining to life and Godliness so that we can be more like God (2 Peter 1:3-4). It can also be a rebuke to us if we have wandered away from the Lord and need to get right with Him. What is it we need to hear from God today, a word to grow and be strengthened or a rebuke to get right with Him? Let us seek that out now.

Job 22:22 Please receive instruction from His mouth and establish His words in your heart.
